Studio classes cost AED 75–140 drop-in, AED 450–850 for unlimited monthly. Private instructors charge AED 250–450 per home session. Community and beach classes can be AED 30–50 or donation-based.
Hatha or slow-flow vinyasa for most beginners; yin if you want deep stretching and stress relief. Avoid advanced ashtanga or hot yoga until you have a few months of practice.
Yes in studio-controlled heat (35–40°C) with proper hydration. Ironically, Dubai's hot-yoga studios are well-equipped. Hydrate with electrolytes beforehand and skip it if pregnant or hypertensive without medical advice.
Kite Beach and JBR host regular sunrise and sunset classes from October to April. Several instructors run private and small-group beach sessions bookable through GetFitDXB.
Two or three weekly sessions noticeably improve flexibility, stress and sleep within a month. Even one weekly class plus 10 minutes daily home practice compounds quickly.
