I started taking these classes last September and love them. There is a mix of Spin and strength in the Spin class. The Circuit class is Spin and then using water strength equipment to build muscle. Oxana is an amazing aqua fitness instructor, she tailors the workout to your fitness level and also capabilities. It’s hard work but fun and definitely delivers results!! Daily classes are either mornings or evenings under the stars and in small friendly groups.
