Sessions can take place at your preferred gym (we work with 100+ gyms across Dubai), at your home, at an outdoor location, or a combination. Your trainer will discuss location options during your initial consultation. Gym membership fees are not included in the package price unless specified.
Absolutely. Dubai is one of the most diverse food cities in the world and our nutritionists are experienced with all dietary requirements — halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and all common food allergies. Your meal plan will be built specifically around your dietary needs and food preferences from day one.
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the session fee. Elite package clients have priority rescheduling and a more flexible cancellation window. Full details in our refund policy.
Most clients notice improved energy and performance within the first two weeks. Visible body composition changes typically begin at 4–6 weeks. Significant transformation results (10kg+ fat loss or meaningful muscle gain) usually take 2–3 months of consistent effort. Individual results vary based on starting point, genetics, consistency, and goals.
All packages are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. However, we recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful transformation results — and we see the best outcomes with clients who commit to at least 6 months.
