How do I list my fitness services on GetFitDXB? +
Click "List Services" in the navigation bar and complete the registration form. You'll need to provide: your name, contact details, service category, certifications, bio, pricing, and areas served. Our team reviews all applications within 24 hours and sends a confirmation email upon approval.
What certifications do I need? +
You need at least one recognised fitness certification relevant to your service. Accepted qualifications include:
  • Personal Training: NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, REPS
  • Yoga: RYT-200, RYT-500 (Yoga Alliance)
  • Pilates: STOTT, BASI, APPI, Peak Pilates
  • Nutrition: Registered Dietitian, CISSN, Precision Nutrition
  • Physiotherapy: UAE-licensed physiotherapy degree
  • Swimming: ASA, STA, or equivalent
If you hold a UAE-recognised certification not listed here, please include it in your application and we'll review it.
How long does profile approval take? +
We review all new applications within 24 hours (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email once your profile is live. During busy periods, review may take up to 48 hours. Ensure your certifications are clearly visible in your submission to avoid delays.
Can international fitness professionals list on GetFitDXB? +
Yes! GetFitDXB welcomes fitness professionals from all backgrounds. You must be legally permitted to work in the UAE and hold valid certifications. Freelancers should hold an appropriate UAE freelance permit or work through a licensed employer.

How do I add photos to my profile? +
During registration, provide a link to your profile photo and action photos (hosted on Google Drive, Dropbox, or a direct URL). On the Free plan, you can include up to 3 photos. Pro plan allows 10 photos, and Elite plan supports unlimited photos for a full gallery experience.
Can I list multiple fitness services? +
Yes! During registration, select your primary service category and describe all additional services in your bio. For example, a trainer who offers both personal training and nutrition coaching can highlight both. If you have very distinct services, consider creating separate profiles for each category.
How do I update my profile after it's live? +
Log into your Pro Dashboard to edit your profile details, update pricing, add new photos, and manage your service areas. Changes go live immediately for non-verified elements; certification updates may require a brief re-review.

How do clients contact me through GetFitDXB? +
Clients submit a booking inquiry form on your profile, including their name, contact details, session type, preferred date/time, and fitness goals. You receive the inquiry by email and can respond directly to confirm or discuss the booking. We recommend responding within 24 hours to maximise conversion.
Does GetFitDXB take a commission on bookings? +
No. GetFitDXB does not take any commission on bookings or session payments. You receive 100% of your session fee directly from the client. Our revenue comes from Pro and Elite subscription plans only.
How do I manage multiple clients and bookings? +
Your Pro Dashboard provides an overview of all incoming inquiries, your booking history, profile views, and client contact details. Pro and Elite plan subscribers also get access to analytics showing inquiry trends and profile performance.
What if a client doesn't show up for a session? +
We recommend setting a clear cancellation and no-show policy and communicating it to clients upfront. Include your policy in your profile bio or booking confirmation message. GetFitDXB's Refund Policy provides platform-level guidelines, but direct session terms are between you and your client.

How do I upgrade from Free to Pro or Elite? +
Log into your Pro Dashboard and click "Upgrade Plan". You can pay monthly or annually (annual plans include a discount). Upgrades take effect immediately. Contact us at pros@getfitdxb.com if you need assistance with upgrading.
Can I cancel my Pro or Elite subscription? +
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your profile reverts to the Free plan — you won't lose your profile, reviews, or booking history.
Is there a discount for annual subscriptions? +
Yes! Annual subscriptions for Pro and Elite plans include a 2-month discount (effectively getting 12 months for the price of 10). Contact us at pros@getfitdxb.com for current annual pricing and to set up an annual plan.
💳 Getting Paid
How do I receive payment from clients? +
GetFitDXB does not process client payments. All session payments are handled directly between you and your client — cash, bank transfer, PayByPhone, Apple Pay, or whatever you prefer. You keep 100% of your session fees.
Should I charge upfront or after the session? +
This is entirely at your discretion. Many Dubai trainers charge upfront for package bookings (e.g., 10-session packs) and either upfront or after for single sessions. We recommend a simple, clear payment policy that you communicate to clients at the time of booking confirmation.

Verification & Badges
How do I get a Verified badge on my profile? +
The Verified badge is available on the Elite plan (AED 499/mo). Verification includes enhanced credential checking, identity confirmation, and an in-person or video review. The badge signals to clients that you've passed our highest level of vetting — significantly boosting trust and conversion rates.
How are my certifications verified? +
During the standard application process, you provide certification details and links or scanned copies. Our team checks these against the issuing body's records where possible. Enhanced verification (for the Elite Verified badge) includes a deeper credential review and background check.
⚙️ Account Management
How do I temporarily pause my profile? +
From your Pro Dashboard, you can set your profile to "Paused" — this hides it from search results while keeping all your reviews and profile data intact. This is useful if you're on holiday, fully booked, or between contracts. Your subscription billing continues during a pause.
Can I have multiple profiles (e.g. personal training and nutrition)? +
Each subscription covers one profile. If you offer distinctly different services, you may create a second profile with a separate subscription. Many professionals find it more effective to list all services under one comprehensive profile with clear descriptions of each offering.
How do I close my account? +
To close your account, cancel any active subscription from your Dashboard and then email pros@getfitdxb.com requesting account deletion. We'll process the deletion within 7 business days in line with our Privacy Policy.
