How It Works

Week 1–2: Assessment

We assess your current fitness, set targets, and create your personalised 16-week plan based on your experience and goal time.

Week 3–8: Base Building

Structured runs building aerobic base, technique work, and nutrition foundations to support sustained training.

Week 9–14: Peak Training

Long runs, tempo sessions, speed work and race simulation to build strength and mental toughness.

Week 15–16: Taper & Race

Reduce volume, fine-tune race strategy, and prepare mentally for race day. Your coach guides you through final preparations.

Do I need any prior running experience? +
No — our programme is suitable for complete beginners. We'll assess your current fitness level and start from the right point. Whether you can currently run 5km or 20km, we'll build a plan that challenges you appropriately.
What marathons does this prepare me for? +
Primarily the Dubai Marathon (January), but the programme prepares you for any full or half marathon worldwide. The training is distance and pace agnostic, so it works whether your goal is the London, New York, or any other marathon.
How many sessions per week? +
1 coached session per week + 2–3 self-guided runs following your personalised plan. The self-guided runs are at your own pace, with clear instructions in your training app. You set the days that work for your schedule.
What if I get injured during training? +
Our physiotherapy sessions specifically address injury prevention, and your coach will modify your plan if needed. We prioritise your health over hitting numbers — if an injury does occur, we'll adjust the training to keep you moving safely.
