We recommend all participants obtain GP clearance before starting — typically 6–8 weeks post-vaginal birth or 10–12 weeks post-C-section.

General guidelines suggest waiting 6–8 weeks after vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a C-section before starting structured exercise — but always get clearance from your GP or midwife first. That said, gentle walking and breathing exercises can begin much sooner. Your coach will tailor the programme to exactly where you are in your recovery.
Absolutely. Our nutrition consultants specialise in breastfeeding-aware meal plans that support milk supply, healing, and body composition goals simultaneously. Your training intensity will also be managed carefully to support energy levels during this time.
Yes. In fact, C-section recovery requires even more specialised guidance, which is exactly why this programme exists. We begin with scar tissue mobilisation guidance, gentle core rehabilitation, and a very gradual return to exercise. You should wait for your 10–12 week GP clearance, but we can begin planning your programme from day one.
Many of our sessions are designed to be baby-friendly. Home visits and some studio sessions can accommodate baby in a pram or play mat. Some coaches also offer pram-walking and baby-wearing workout options. Discuss this with your matched coach — we are mum-friendly by design.
Life with a newborn is unpredictable — we completely understand. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no charge. Packages can also be paused for illness or medical reasons. We build flexibility in from the start because we know how babies can change plans!
